The online application for summer vacation residence 2026 is now available at https://housing.cedars.hku.hk/university-accommodation/residence-application

For those hallmates who do not apply for the summer residence, you are required to check out of the hall before noon on Friday, 29 May 2026.

To ensure sufficient hall places are offered to our hall residents and prepare the room allocation list, you are highly recommended to submit your online summer hall application as soon as possible.

The summer residence is for residential purposes only. No summer storage service will be provided. Hall place is non-transferable. Penalties and/or other disciplinary actions will be imposed for the usage of the room other than for residential reasons (e.g., storage) and/or if you leave personal belongings in a public area.
