Pest Control Service

 

In order to provide a clean and fresh environment to hall residents, we have arranged outside specialist to conduct the pest control services in the hall premises.  Details are as follows:

Date           : 22 March 2025 (Sat)
Time           : 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

All the residents MUST LEAVE the hall premises before 10:00 a.m., after that, the hall will be LOCKED and no staff will be on duty during the pest control period.

 

Venue        : All student rooms, common rooms, shower room, storeroom, corridors, function rooms, staff quarters and hall office

Remarks    : Spray pesticide for internal area (FENDONA 10 SC)

 

Please take note of the following:

1. Lady Ho Tung Hall will be closed for the pest control service. No residents are allowed to stay or enter the hall during the said period of time.
2. Residents are advised that if you enter or stay in the hall during the said period of time, a penalty will be incurred and a warning letter will be issued.
3. Exemption of pest control service without any prior approval is not allowed.
4. Keep your windows closed to achieve better effects.
5. Cover all food items and put them in a confined place.
6. DO NOT leave food unwrapped in your room or the common rooms.
7. Remove your belongings from the floor as the pesticide sprayed on the floor may damage your belongings.
8. Strong odor may remain in the air after 16:00.
9. If you have any enquiries or problems, please contact the hall office by 10 Mar 2025.
