Hall Fee Payment For Extension of Residence from May to Aug 2025

 

Successful applicants for the extension of residence from May to Aug 2025 will receive the lodging fee statement in SIS via HKU Portal. Students should follow the payment instructions from FEO to settle the payment and submit the (1) payment proof, or (2) ATM transaction advice slip, or (3) e-mail the E-banking confirmation to the Hall Office before 7 April 2025 (Mon), 5:00 pm.

 

Deadline for settling the payment and submission of proof

Before 5:00 p.m. on 7 April 2025 (Monday)

² Please retain a copy of the payment proof for reference.

² If the payment proof is not received by the deadline, it will be assumed that you
have withdrawn your application for the extension of residence.

² Applications for deferred payment would not be accepted and considered.
