Real-life strategy to reach your goals.
Lady Ho Tung Hall is the only all-female residential hall at the University of Hong Kong. The Hall was established in 1951 with a gift from Sir Robert Ho Tung in honor of his late wife Lady Margaret Ho Tung. Like its namesake, the Hall celebrates East and West and combines rich historical tradition with modern living. The Hall community celebrates diversity and inclusion with residents from all over Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the world.
The current facilities were opened in 2001. The building is 20 stories and can house up to 400 residents. The Hall is conveniently located next to the HKU MTR station and across the street from HKU main campus. Multiple busses serve the Lady Ho Tung Hall bus stop located directly in front of the Hall.
Rooms
We strive for diversity across the globe
Most rooms are double occupancy. A limited number of single rooms are available for returning residents. Accessible rooms are available for residents with special needs.
Many (but not all) of our rooms have a great sea view with stunning sunsets!
